Mr Jallali is a highly skilled and experienced plastic microsurgeon with expertise in complex breast, head and neck, and skin reconstruction. He has performed more than 400 procedures annually and is recognised nationally and internationally for his reconstructive work. In recent years, he has also focused on microsurgical lymphatic reconstruction (LYMPHA), which he has adopted and refined.
As a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Imperial College NHS Trust, Mr Jallali also runs a cosmetic surgery practice, specialising in breast augmentation, breast reduction, and abdominoplasty. He has successfully performed over 3000 cosmetic procedures. He previously served as the Head of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Imperial College NHS Trust and the President of the Royal Society of Medicine (Plastic Surgery section).
Mr Jallali is an accomplished surgical tutor and has authored several book chapters on reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. He has also participated in several international clinical trials and has over 45 peer-reviewed publications, including in the prestigious British Medical Journal.
Mr Jallali received his medical degree with honours from Bristol University, where he was awarded the University of Bristol Silver Medal and the Suple Prize in Surgery. He completed his surgical training in Cambridge, London, and Australia and also worked on a two-year tissue-engineering research project in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University in the USA.
