Dr. Naomi Fersht is a consultant clinical oncologist specializing in the management of primary and secondary brain and spinal tumors. She uses both conventional and innovative radiotherapy techniques and chemotherapy. Her special interests are brain oligometastases, meningiomas, pituitary tumors, the management of teenagers and young adults with brain tumors, and advanced radiotherapy techniques including radiosurgery. Dr. Fersht qualified from the University of Cambridge and completed her specialist training at the Royal Marsden and University College Hospitals. Her doctoral thesis, supervised by Nobel Laureate Sir Paul Nurse, focused on cell cycle checkpoints. Her expertise includes brain oligometastases, meningiomas, pituitary tumors, the management of teenagers and young adults with brain tumors, and advanced radiotherapy techniques including radiosurgery.
