About
Dr. Maziar Mireskandari earned his medical degree from Leeds University, where he completed a research project in vascular surgery as part of his Doctor of Medicine (MD). He subsequently trained as a vascular surgeon in London and has served as a consultant since 2008.
In 2015, Dr. Mireskandari joined the Trust from Imperial College NHS Trust and went on to perform the Trust's first complex stent procedure for extensive aortic aneurysms.
In 2016, he also led the Trust's inaugural simulation training course in stenting for aortic valve and aortic pathology.
