Dr Margaret Callan is a renowned and respected Consultant Rheumatologist with a wide range of experience in all areas of rheumatology, particularly inflammatory arthritis and osteoporosis. She studied at Cambridge and Oxford University Medical Schools, completing her general and specialist training in London and Oxford. Dr. Callan qualified as a Consultant Rheumatologist in 1998 and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians. She has held positions at Chelsea and Westminster and The Lister, where she has been working since 2008. Dr. Callan has been heavily involved in research, holding a Medical Research Council Senior Clinical Research Fellowship, and has published over 50 articles in the fields of immunology and rheumatology.
