Dr. Pahuja is a Consultant Neonatologist with a specialist interest in paediatric respiratory, nutrition, and infectious diseases. After completing his postgraduate training in paediatrics in India, he moved to the UK and trained at various university and teaching hospitals. He has 20 years of experience and undertook his general paediatric training at West Middlesex and Watford, followed by higher specialist training in neonatal medicine at King's College, Luton and Dunstable, and Addenbrooke's Cambridge. Dr. Pahuja is the lead for Postnatal ward care of the newborn and has chaired national guidelines on the prevention and management of in-newborn falls. He is actively involved in teaching multidisciplinary groups and is an established instructor on Newborn Life Support Courses and simulation study days. His expertise includes immunisation, care of newborn infants, feeding problems, respiratory problems, gastrointestinal problems, growth and development assessment, care of sick newborns, and paediatric infectious diseases.
