Mr Dariush Nikkhah is a Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon who specialises in cosmetic surgery, hand surgery and reconstructive microsurgery. He sees private patients at the Royal Free Hospital, St John and St Elizabeth hospital and Highgate Hospital. He is internationally renowned in the field of microvascular surgery and is on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Microsurgery. Mr Nikkhah is Honorary Lecturer at University College London, and author of over 125 scientific publications.
Mr Nikkhah achieved his medical degree at the University of Southampton Medical school. As Craniofacial research fellow at Great Ormond Street in 2011 he was awarded an MSc with distinction at UCL for his research. He had specialist training at the world renowned plastic surgery hospital, Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, in addition to The Royal Free Hospital, Great Ormond St Hospital and Barts and The Royal London.
In his NHS practice, Mr Nikkhah works as one the lead microsurgeons at the Royal Free Hospital specialising in microvascular breast reconstruction, extremity reconstruction and hand surgery.
