Dr Claire Agathou is a co-founder of the A-Z General Practice at The Wellington Hospital in London, part of HCA Healthcare UK.

She is a compassionate and accomplished family physician with 13 years of clinical experience who has built a reputation for her patient-centred approach and dedication to excellence in care.

Dr Agathou qualified in 2011, completing her specialist training at The Royal Free Hospital in London where she gained expertise across a wide range of specialties, including paediatric and neonatal care, stroke medicine and neurology, dermatology, infectious and genitourinary diseases and breast, urology, hepatobiliary and colorectal surgery. This has equipped her to provide comprehensive, nuanced care for patients of all ages.

Dr Agathou works both as a GP partner and as a practicing doctor in Central London. In addition, she serves as the Named Doctor for child safeguarding across Camden, underscoring her commitment to the wellbeing of some of the community's most vulnerable members.
