Brianna Cloke

Dr Cloke is a Consultant Gynaecologist whose career reflects a commitment to patient-centred care, medical education and academic excellence. She studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge before completing her medical degree at St Bartholomew’s Medical School, London, and undertook specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology at London hospitals, including The Royal London, Queen Charlotte’s and Guy’s and St Thomas’.

Dr Cloke has broad clinical expertise across general, emergency and specialist gynaecology and is Lead for Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology at Guy’s and St Thomas’, working closely with Evelina London Children’s Hospital. Her specialist interests include menopause, recurrent miscarriage, gynaecological endocrinology, early pregnancy complications, and paediatric and adolescent gynaecology. She is experienced in pelvic ultrasound scanning, outpatient and minimally invasive procedures, and major gynaecological surgery, enabling a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and care.

Dr Cloke has a strong academic background and was awarded a Wellcome Trust Research Training Fellowship, completing her PhD at Imperial College London in 2009 with internationally recognised research in women’s reproductive health. Her academic profile is complemented by her publication record, invited national and international lectures, and leadership roles within professional bodies. She is Lead for the Undergraduate Human Development block at King’s College London Medical School. She regularly lectures, supervises and examines undergraduate and postgraduate doctors.

She has received multiple awards for teaching and research and is known for her calm, compassionate and thorough approach, providing personalised, evidence-based care.
