Mr Singh qualified in medicine from King’s College London in 2005 and undertook early specialist training in gynaecology and urogynaecology at tertiary referral centres in Central London. Between 2012 and 2015, he worked as a Senior Clinical Research Fellow at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, where he conducted and published research focused on urinary tract infections.
He was subsequently appointed as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a specialist interest in urogynaecology at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust in South London. His clinical practice centres on the assessment and management of female lower urinary tract symptoms, including recurrent urinary tract infections, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder symptoms such as urgency and frequency, voiding dysfunction, and uterovaginal prolapse.
Mr Singh manages both non-surgical and surgical aspects of urogynaecological care. His procedural practice includes vaginal wall repair, continence surgery, vaginal hysterectomy, urethral bulking injections, intravesical botulinum toxin injections for bladder dysfunction, and bladder neck support procedures for stress urinary incontinence.
He is a member of the International Continence Society, the International Urogynaecological Association and the British Society of Urogynaecology. He also chairs the regional female urology and urogynaecology multidisciplinary team meetings for South West London.
