Ms Alice Foot

Alice Foot is a BACP Registered Psychodynamic Psychotherapist who completed her Master’s degree in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling at Birkbeck, University of London, in 2021. She also serves as a university psychotherapist. Alice's professional journey began in nursing, working extensively in the NHS, private sector, schools, and various clinical specialties, equipping her with a deep understanding of both physical and mental health. Alice addresses a wide range of concerns, including depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, loss, bereavement, abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation, addiction, eating disorders, work-related issues, anger, guilt, relationship problems, marital and family issues, low self-esteem, insomnia, fatigue, and identity issues.
