Dr. Ahmed Abdulgawad is a Consultant Haematologist specialising in cellular therapies and early-phase clinical trials.

He began his medical education in Cairo, earning his degree and undergoing extensive haematology training at Kasralainy School of Medicine. In 2014, he became a lecturer in haematology. Dr. Abdulgawad moved to the United Kingdom in 2016 to further his training across the North West of England. In 2021, he entered the General Medical Council’s specialist register for haematology.

Dr. Abdulgawad holds both MSc and MD degrees in haematology. He has significant experience in clinical research and cellular therapy, working in both patient-facing and research settings. His work in the field of haematology continues to provide innovative treatment options for patients.
