Professor Andrew Sinclair is a renowned and respected Consultant Urological Surgeon with HCA Healthcare at The Wilmslow Hospital. He also holds an NHS position at East Cheshire Foundation Trust. He has a wide range of experience in general urology but has a clinical interest in functional urology, prostate cancer and urethral reconstruction. He offers an array of treatments following an in-depth consultation and assessment of the presenting problem.
He was awarded his Medical Degree from the Imperial College London in 1998 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Urology in 2009. Throughout his career, he has maintained a keen interest in education in both undergraduate and postgraduate doctors and was appointed as an Honorary Professor as Salford University. He is heavily involved in running courses provided by the Royal College of Surgeons and the British Association fo Urological Surgeons. Professor Sinclair remains active in research projects and is a principle investigator for 2 national randomised controlled trials, along with investigating healthcare professionals communication skills.
