As HCA UK’s President and Chief Executive Officer John leads all our company activities across the UK.

Prior to this John served as HCA UK’s President of Operations, leading the teams who run our facilities and businesses. John also served as Chief Executive Officer of The Wellington Hospital, and before this Chief Executive Officer at London Bridge Hospital and The Lister Hospital. 

John began his career in healthcare as an Associate General Manager with BUPA Hospitals, before working as Hospital Director at Parkside Hospital in Wimbledon.

John has led four hospital turn arounds and achieved two CQC outstanding inspection awards for the facilities under his leadership.
