Choose how you book
Booking is quick and simple online, via our app or by phone. You can choose a same- or next-day appointment with flexible times to suit your schedule. We’ll confirm your booking promptly and send you everything you need to know in advance. If you’d like regular access to GP appointments, you can also sign up to a HCA UK GP subscription.

Your arrival
When you arrive, our reception team will check you in and answer any questions before you see your GP. There’s usually no waiting, your appointment should run on time.

Your consultation
You’ll typically have 15–30 minutes with your GP depending on whether you’ve requested an extended appointment. This gives you more time to talk about your health concerns in detail. Your GP will be able to offer expert advice, as well as support for any ongoing conditions you’re managing, vaccinations, health checks and onward referrals, all tailored to your individual needs.

These can be anything from your general fitness to concerns about cancer and cardiovascular disease. Your screen can also be tailored to include age and gender specific tests, as well as detailed genetic tests and ongoing lifestyle coaching sessions.
Screening is an opportunity to discuss your personal concerns and health risk factors in detail, whether that’s in relation to your age, gender, ethnicity, genetics, occupation or lifestyle.
You’ll be provided with your own personalised screening report. If further medical support is needed from a specialist consultant, we can quickly refer you to the most appropriate specialist.
