About

Mr. Parag Jaiswal is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with nearly 20 years of experience. He specializes in general trauma, complex lower limb trauma, and hip and knee surgery, with a particular focus on hip and knee arthroscopy and young adult hip conditions. At his current NHS Trust, he leads the hip pathology team. Mr. Jaiswal practices at The Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust, serving both public and private patients, and holds the position of Honorary Senior Lecturer at UCL.

He graduated from Guy's and St. Thomas' Medical School in 2001 and completed his basic surgical training at Guy's and The Royal London Teaching Hospitals. His specialist orthopaedic training took place during the Stanmore rotation, where he was one of the first academic trainees. This rotation included advanced training at prestigious institutions such as the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and The Royal London Hospital. He further honed his skills with a fellowship in joint reconstruction and young adult hip conditions in Canada, working alongside renowned researchers like Professors George Bentley and David Marsh. Additionally, he gained experience in the USA under the guidance of Marc Philloppon, a leading expert in hip arthroscopy. Mr. Jaiswal's extensive academic and surgical training enables him to provide cutting-edge treatments and techniques to his patients.
