From coordinating insurance, transport and keeping you informed, it’s our job to make the patients and referrers experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, so the patient can concentrate on getting back to good health. A patients medical journey will be personally tailored and supported at every stage by our clinical nurse advisors.

Transfer times may vary, subject to ambulance availability.If you have a patient admitted to hospital as an inpatient who would like to be transferred to an HCA UK hospital, the HCA UK Medical Concierge Centre can arrange this for you. Our team have facilitated over 1400 patient transfers from the NHS to HCA UK, so they can make sure the handover and admissions process goes smoothly for you. If an ambulance transfer is required for transport to an HCA UK facility, we will organise that too.
In the case of major accidents or life-threatening conditions, we believe that the NHS provides the best and most comprehensive service and would suggest dialling 999 for an ambulance and immediate transfer to hospital. When the relevant hospital states that the patient is medically stable, we would be happy to help co-ordinate transfer into an HCA UK facility, should they wish.
Our dedicated, clinically led team has helped patients from over 90 countries seamlessly transfer into the care of our outstanding hospital network and get the expert diagnosis and treatment they need.
All repatriations are overseen by a clinical member of the Concierge team. We will manage the admissions process, obtaining the most up to-date medical information from the medical specialist who is currently treating the patient and coordinating a thorough clinical handover.
