Mr Elias Kovoor is a Consultant Gynaecologist working with the NHS as a Consultant Gynaecologist for the Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust and as the lead for the Endometriosis service at Darent Valley Hospital, Dartford, in addition to the services he provides at Benenden Hospital.

Mr Kovoor's special interests lie in laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, single port and port reduction surgeries, with more than 95% of his operations performed as key hole procedures with patients benefiting from minimal scars, lower infection rates and faster recovery.

Mr Kovoor completed his training at Nottingham University Hospitals in 2009, followed by additional training in urogynaecology, laparoscopy and colposcopy. He was awarded a Fellowship in advanced laparoscopic surgery from IRCAD, Strasbourg and Japan for endometriosis, prolapse and oncology.
