Mr Khan is a Consultant Urological Surgeon - his clinical practice includes all aspects of general urology and his specialist practice is primarily the comprehensive management of kidney stone disease and kidney cancer.

He is the lead for kidney stone disease and works as part of the stone team at Guy's Hospital - he performs all types of procedures for kidney stones including rigid and flexible ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). Mr Khan also treats upper tract abnormalities including the laser management of upper tract cancer and undertakes laparoscopic procedures for kidney cancer and benign kidney conditions.

Mr Khan's general practice involves the assessment and care of general urological conditions of the kidney, bladder, prostate and male genitalia - he undertakes a wide range of general urological procedures including laser prostate surgery, transurethral resection of bladder tumours, hydrocele, prostate cancer biopsy and circumcision.
