Christopher Aylwin

Mr Christopher Aylwin is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon with experience in the management of peripheral artery disease, aortic aneurysms, carotid disease, and varicose veins. A significant component of his clinical practice also involves trauma and emergency surgery.

He completed his medical degree at Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1999. Mr Aylwin subsequently undertook extensive postgraduate training across the North East Thames region, followed by a trauma fellowship in Cape Town, South Africa, and a vascular fellowship at St Thomas’ Hospital. He later achieved Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in General Surgery and was appointed as a Consultant in 2013.

Mr Aylwin’s clinical expertise includes trauma surgery, varicose vein treatment, peripheral artery disease, aortic aneurysm management, and carotid disease.
