About
Mr. Riaz Asaria is a Consultant Ophthalmologist with specialism in retinal disease. He qualified from Southampton University in 1989 and undertook specialist ophthalmology training in 1992. In 1997, he was awarded the June Sutor Research Fellowship at Moorfields Eye Hospital, followed by a Medical Retina Fellowship. He also completed further fellowships in surgical retina and medical retina at Bristol Eye Hospital. Mr. Asaria is involved in education and teaches at the Royal Free.
