Mr Marco Scarci is an experienced consultant thoracic surgeon who has more than 10 years' experience. His NHS base is at Imperial College NHS Healthcare Trust, and he also practises privately at the Harley Street Clinic and Imperial College Private Healthcare.

Mr Scarci is highly dedicated to providing an excellent tailored service to his patients, ensuring the best possible treatment and outcome in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of other surgeons, specialist nurses, and radiologists.

He has a wide range of experience, having undertaken his training in Italy, Malta and the UK. This includes renowned centres such as the Essex Cardiothoracic Centre and Guy's and St Thomas' in London. Furthermore, he undertook a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at the University of Toronto in Canada. Presently, he works as a consultant thoracic surgeon at Papworth Hospital, Cambridge and University College London Hospital - both extremely prestigious institutions.

Mr Scarci is a highly respected and well-known figure in the field of thoracic surgery. He regularly attends and presents at most major thoracic surgery meetings, and was even the director of the European Society of Thoracic Surgeons' Annual congress. Furthermore, he has worked closely with prestigious organisations such as the National Institute for Clinical Excellence.
