Mr Haney Youssef is a colorectal and general surgeon, graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1997. He has been trained in the West Midlands and had specialist fellowship training in Basingstoke, the Washington Cancer Institute and University Hospital Leuven. His main interests cover most bowel and abdominal conditions, particularly bowel, appendix and peritoneal cancer.
He is currently a consultant surgeon at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Heartlands Hospital, Good Hope Hospital and Solihull Hospital) and is the Clinical Lead for the Colorectal and General Surgical service.
Mr Youssef is a Christian, attending the Coptic Orthodox Church and enjoys swimming, playing squash, walking and music.
