Professor Sarah O'Dwyer is an experienced general surgeon with a special interest in colorectal diseases. She promotes screening for early detection of pre-cancerous polyps and bowel cancer and evaluates cancer risk and family cancer syndromes. Internationally renowned for managing peritoneal tumors, she is the Lead Clinician for one of the two centers in the UK treating pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP). Professor O'Dwyer has established a comprehensive pelvic surgical service that collaborates with colorectal, urology, gynecology, and plastic reconstructive surgery departments. Her multidisciplinary approach aims to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
