Emma Woodford

Dr Emma Woodford is a General Practitioner and Health Screener who completed her primary medical qualification (MB BS) at University College London in 2012. She provides a broad range of general practice and preventative health services, including health screening, travel vaccinations, immunisations, flu vaccination, contraception and emergency contraception, sexual health advice and sexually transmitted infection screening, nutritional education, stress management, video consultations, referral letters, medical reports, and medical certification.

Her clinical practice covers adult and family medicine, men’s and women’s health, pregnancy care, menopause management, and routine health assessments. Dr Woodford also diagnoses and manages a wide spectrum of acute and chronic conditions, including anxiety and depression, asthma, diabetes, anaemia, obesity, osteoporosis, thyroid disorders, high and low blood pressure, raised cholesterol, migraines, headaches, neuropathic pain, pelvic pain, back pain, chest pain, and gastrointestinal complaints such as diarrhoea, constipation, gastroenteritis, and abdominal pain.

She regularly treats common infections and inflammatory conditions, including influenza, respiratory and throat infections, pneumonia, meningitis, scarlet fever, whooping cough, rotavirus, food poisoning, gonorrhoea, Lyme disease, skin conditions such as eczema, rashes, and ringworm, as well as wheezing and laryngitis.
