Miss Vinita Singh is a Consultant Obstetrician specialising
in managing high-risk pregnancy and pregnancy with Diabetes. Her
areas of expertise also include pregnancy with medical problems, delivery and
caesarean section.
Whether it is high risk or low risk pregnancy, Miss Singh's
aim is to provide the patients with holistic care. Her key strengths
open communication and working in partnership with the women in their care. She
is experienced in working with women from a variety of cultures and religions,
and she speaks English, Hindi and Urdu.
Miss Singh gained her medical qualification and specialist
training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in tertiary Medical centre in India. She
has also completed the UK Obstetrics & Gynecology training. She has
gained a wide variety of experience in top London teaching hospitals including
St Georges Hospital, University College London Hospital & Kings College
Hospital.
She has been a Consultant since 2015.
Miss Singh's NHS practice is at the Royal Free Hospital,
London, where she established the joint Neurology and Hepatology clinic and
also works within the joint Obstetrics Medicine and Diabetes clinic. She has
written multiple relevant guidelines.
She is a member of various national & international societies
such as the RCOG, the Obstetrics Cardiology Society & International society
of Obstetrics Medicine.
Miss Singh is actively involved in the education and
training of junior doctors. She is a college tutor for Obstetrics and
Gynaecology at the Royal Free Hospital and an advanced training preceptor for
Obstetric Medicine for North Central London.
