Dr Fletcher is a Consultant Neurologist at St Helier Hospital, St George's Hospital, and St Anthony's Hospital. He is also Clinic Lead for Neurology Services for Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust. He specialises in adult neurology, Parkinson's disease, cognitive issues, dementia, headaches and migraines, multiple sclerosis, and epilepsy.

Dr Fletcher holds a first-class degree in physiology from Oxford University and a distinction in clinical medicine from the University of London. He undertook postgraduate training at St George's University Hospital and The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at Queen Square. In 2016, he received his PhD from the UCL Institute of Neurology and has published his work in the field.
