Mr Keng Jin Ng is a Consultant specialising in Urology, more specifically female urology and minimally invasive surgery, with the use of laser treatment for renal stone disease.


He underwent surgical training as a clinical research fellow at the Institute of Urology, London. He mainly directed his research towards bladder dysfunction and urodynamics. He is also an active member of a specialist interest group of International Urogynaecological Association (IUGA), with particular interest on chronic pelvic pain and interstitial cystitis. Mr Ng also developed and provides training to other Consultants on a new 4-cushion technique, as well as holds surgical masterclasses to improve surgical techniques.


He also attends and regularly speaks at The London Bladder Forum on topics, including cystitis and urinary incontinence treatment for bladder pain syndrome. In March 2017, he presented his research on ‘Painful Bladder’ at The National Bladder Forum at the Royal College of Surgeons. In June 2017, he was the Co-Chairman of the Specialist Interest Group based on Pelvic Pain syndrome at the IUGA conference in Vancouver, Canada. He also delivers lectures on ‘Update on Interstitial Cystitis’ and ‘Pain Management in Bladder Pain Syndrome’. More impressively, in November 2017 he was invited to attend the Royal Society of Medicine winter meeting in Sri Lanka, in which he delivered a speech on ‘Prostatitis’. In June 2018, Mr Ng also presented and co-chaired at IUGA conference in Vienna.
