Mr Fahad Attar is a Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedics specialising in lower limb arthroplasty and knee reconstruction surgery. Within in the field, Mr Attar is an expert in managing anterior knee pain and patellar instability, cartilage injuries and treating young patients with arthritis. He routinely performs around 100 hip replacements, 150 knee replacements and 200 knee arthroscopies each year.

After achieving his Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of Liverpool, Mr Attar secured a Trauma & Orthopaedics Registrar training rotation in the East Midlands Deanery. He completed his fellowship training and gained experience in lower limb arthroplasty and knee reconstruction surgery from world renowned centres.

 Mr Attar is actively involved in clinical research and has produced many peer reviewed publications. He has also been an author and co-editor for a FRCS orthopaedics MCQ book for trainees. Further to this, he is a tutor and an examiner for medical students at the Liverpool University Medical School in Canada.
