Dr Georgios K Dimitriadis is a highly qualified and experienced consultant in endocrinology and obesity medicine with a wide range of expertise in various areas of endocrine and metabolic disorders. He has received multiple degrees and awards for his research work in obesity, type 2 diabetes, and reproductive disorders.

Dr Dimitriadis is currently serving as a lead physician for Tier 4 ASO/EASO COM Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery Services across KCH, PRUH and South Sites. His research interests involve clinical and preclinical studies on medical, endoscopic and surgical interventions for the management of obesity and related disorders (prediabetes, PCOS, CVD, NAFLD/NASH). He has participated in several landmark obesity and T2DM studies, and has published extensively in these areas.

Dr Dimitriadis has also received numerous awards and scholarships for his research work in this field. He is a SCOPE and EASO UK National Fellow, and a member of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Obesity and RCP advisory group on the new guideline for obesity management. He also serves as a member of the board of Trustees for the Association for the Study of Obesity (ASO).
