Dr Chen is a Consultant Cardiologist who manages adult patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions. He is a specialist in managing patients with heart rhythm disorders. He sees and treats patients with

Dr Zhong Chen MBBS PhD MRCP studied medicine and surgery at Univeristy College London and gained his MBBS qualification. He also completed an undergraduate degree in pharmacology. He undertook his cardiology specialist training in London. He completed fellowships in cardiac electrophysiology and cardiac devices at St George’s Hospital, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital and Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals, where he worked with national and international leading experts in the field.

He completed a PhD in cardiovascular medicine at King’s College London, pioneering the use of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for the treatment of complex cardiac arrhythmias

He is a consultant cardiologist at Ashford and St Peter's Hospital NHS Trust and Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals, Part of Guy's and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust, where he treats both NHS and private patients.
