Dr Andrew Millar is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with more than 22 years of clinical experience as a Consultant. He is the Lead Clinician for Cancer, the Viral Hepatitis Service and Lead for Endoscopy Training at the North Middlesex University Hospital and an Associate Professor of Medicine at St George’s University School of Medicine at Grenada in the West Indies. He is an honorary consultant at the Royal Free Hospital. 

Dr. Millar is nationally recognised for his role in developing Rapid Diagnostic Centres, now a key part of the NHS ten year plan as part of his role as Clinical Lead for RDCs in the North Central Cancer Alliance.

Dr Millar sees patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatic conditions including irritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, food intolerance, gastrointestinal cancers, acid reflux, inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease. He is an expert in advanced endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopy, ERCP, video capsule endoscopy.
