Dr. Daniel Stott is an obstetrics and gynaecology consultant at Portland Hospital. He is a maternal and fetal medicine specialist with tertiary-level competence in obstetric scanning, prenatal diagnostics, and maternal medicine. He has also written extensively on pre-eclampsia and pregnancy hypertension.

Dr. Stott received his MBBS from the University of London in 2009 and trained at the London Deanery. His foundation year placements were at Medway Maritime Hospital and Kingston Hospital. He went on to earn an MD in hemodynamics in hypertensive pregnancies and has subsequently published several publications in this field. Dr. Stott formerly worked as a journalist and is now the social media editor for the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Additionally, he is an honorary lecturer at UCL.
