Practising in multiple clinics around central London and southern England, Dr Abbi Lulsegged is a highly skilled Consultant Physician and Endocrinologist, treating patients from all over the UK and overseas. In addition to his passion for endocrinology, Dr Lulsegged has a specialist interest in unexplained medical conditions, namely diabetes, obesity and fatigue. Due to the frequent overlap between endocrinology disorders and these unexplained conditions, he often sees patients experiencing specific complaints such as excessive sweating and tiredness. Dr Lulsegged is a firm believer in a holistic, patient-centred approach to treatment and strives to identify the root cause(s) his patients' problems in order to guide appropriate treatment.

In 1994, Dr Lulsegged completed his undergraduate medical training at Guy's Hospital Medical School in London. He then embarked upon his specialist diabetes and endocrinology training as part of both the North and South Thames Deaneries, with additional posting at The Royal Free Hospital, University College Hospital, Guy's and St Thomas’ Hospital. In recognition of his contribution to the field of general medicine and endocrinology, he was appointed a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2012. Dr Lulsegged has completed training programmes at a number of leading institutions around the world, and continues to ensures he is up-to-date with the latest training and advancements in his field.

He is highly acclaimed for his work in establishing the endocrine service at Princess Royal University Hospital. He has been recognised for his outstanding contribution to patient care through receiving a number of clinical excellence awards. Outside of his clinical practice, Dr Lulsegged devotes his time to medical education, and thoroughly enjoys teaching at grand rounds, GP talks, academic half-days, Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (MRCP) courses and international conferences. He has written questions featured on postgraduate Endocrinology examinations for the Royal College of Physicians and has reviewed numerous clinical publications for Editors of leading medical journals.
