Mr Jahangir Ahmed is a consultant head & neck, sleep, and airway surgeon with a reputation for clinical excellence, surgical precision, and patient-centred care. Educated at the University of Cambridge and Imperial College School of Medicine, he graduated with distinction in 2001 and was awarded the Gold Medal in Pathology. His practice includes the management of voice disorders, swallowing problems, and complex airway reconstruction, as well as benign and malignant tumours across all head and neck subsites, including the tonsils, tongue, pharynx, larynx, salivary glands, and thyroid. He has expertise in scarless, transoral (through the mouth) surgery using laser, coblation, robotic and microlaryngoscopic techniques.
