Dr. Manuraj Singh is a Consultant Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist. He graduated from King's College London School of Medicine with many academic distinctions and prizes, including the prestigious Jelf Medal. Dr. Singh trained in Dermatology and Dermatopathology at St John's Institute of Dermatology, Barts and The London, and the Royal Free. He was granted a Medical Research Council Clinical Training Research Fellowship to undertake a PhD on varicella zoster virus infection at Queen Mary University of London. His main clinical and research interests are in skin cancer, skin infections, and Dermatopathology. Dr. Singh runs a skin cancer clinic for immunosuppressed patients and an emergency Dermatology clinic where he sees patients with severe eczema, psoriasis, drug eruptions, skin infections, and blistering disorders. He also performs minor operations including skin biopsies and mole excisions. Dr. Singh has a special interest in Dermatopathology and has been awarded both the DipRCPath (Dermatopathology) and the ICDP-UEMS Board Certifying Examination for Special Qualification in Dermatopathology. He teaches medical students, dermatology trainees, and GPs and was recently awarded a "Certificate of Commendation for Excellent Teaching" at St George's. Dr. Singh is an examiner for the MSc in Clinical Dermatology at Kings College London and has taught GPs for the Diploma in Dermatology at Barts and The London.
