Dr. David Wrench is an accomplished Consultant Haemato-oncologist who works at the renowned London Bridge Hospital and Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. His distinguished area of interest and expertise is in the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma. Dr Wrench graduated with his medical degree from the highly respected Cambridge University, and then went on to further his training by completing specialist haematology training in London at esteemed institutions such as St Bartholomew's, Hammersmith and Royal Free Hospitals. In addition, he also holds a PhD from Barts Cancer Institute – cementing his knowledge and authority in this field through publishing several lead scientific papers on lymphoma research topics over the years.
Dr Wrench has extensive experience in diagnosing cancer in patients with lumps or masses, and he is also responsible for ensuring patient safety through haematology governance. He is working to improve patients' wellbeing through a collaborative Mind and Body programme.
His areas of research interest include the aggressive transformation of lymphoma, as well as clinical trials for novel therapeutic approaches. Additionally, his clinical interests include haematology, lymphoma and haematological malignancies.
