Dr. Shouvik Saha is a Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist.

Dr. Saha specialises in the use of advanced imaging techniques for diagnosing and treating various musculoskeletal disorders affecting the joints, muscles, tendons, nerves, and spine. He graduated with distinction from Guy's, King's & St. Thomas' school of medicine in 2006 and prior to that gained a 1st class honours degree in Radiological sciences from King's College London.

His radiology training was based at Guy's & St. Thomas' Hospital. This was followed by the subspeciality fellowship training programme at McGill University Hospitals in Canada in Musculoskeletal Radiology. He also undertook visiting fellowships to the Royal National Orthopaedic hospital, Nuffield Orthopaedic centre Oxford and Jikeii University Hospital Tokyo.

In his NHS role Dr. Saha is trust lead for spinal imaging and rheumatological imaging. His special interests include the imaging of arthritis, sports injury and spinal disorders.

He has published extensively in scientific journals and textbooks. His work has been presented at national and international conferences. He has served as faculty on courses teaching musculoskeletal MRI and ultrasound. He has also been a lead radiologist for teaching trainees musculoskeletal radiology at the West Midlands Imaging Academy.
