Mr. Robert E Richardson is a consultant gynaecologist with expertise in managing all aspects of gynaecology. He has specialist interests in conditions such as endometriosis and fibroids, requiring minimally invasive treatments like operative hysteroscopy, operative laparoscopy, and laparoscopic hysterectomy. Mr. Richardson has broad experience in open surgery for benign conditions such as fibroids and offers expert management and treatment for most benign gynaecological conditions. He trained in general gynaecology and developed a special interest in keyhole surgery. His clinical expertise includes laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, laser laparoscopy, operative hysteroscopy, outpatient hysteroscopy, minimal access/invasive surgery, fertility/infertility and assisted conception, endometriosis, fertility, pelvic pain, fibroids, heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB), pelvic disorders, gynaecological pain, and menstrual disorders (menorrhagia).
