Mr Tulley is a consultant plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon. He specialises in all aspects of cosmetic surgery including surgery for facial palsy and breast reconstruction. 

He completed his plastic surgery training at Mount Vernon Hospital as a research fellow at the RAFT Institute of Plastic Surgery - he was then awarded an MD by the University of London in 2001 for research into the use of gene therapy for the treatment of malignant melanoma. 

 Mr Tulley has also undertaken further specialist training in microsurgical reconstruction during fellowships in Taipei, Taiwan and Toronto. His main areas of interest include facial palsy, breast reconstruction as well as all areas of cosmetic surgery.
