Martin Logan

Mr Martin Logan is a highly regarded Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises exclusively in knee surgery, treating both children and adults with a wide range of knee conditions, from acute sports injuries to degenerative arthritis.

He has completed three prestigious fellowships in knee surgery. Including a Fellowship at St Mary’s Hospital at St Mary’s Hospital, a Fellowship at Brisbane Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Centre and the Insall Travelling Fellowship from the American Knee Society.

Mr Logan has an extensive academic profile, with numerous publications in peer-reviewed orthopaedic journals and regular invitations to present at national and international conferences. In 2004, he was awarded first prize by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons for outstanding research in arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine.

Clinically, Mr Logan manages the full spectrum of knee pathology, including ACL injuries, meniscal tears, ligament reconstruction, patellar instability, and osteoarthritis. He was among the first surgeons in the UK to adopt patient-matched instrumentation for total knee replacement and has lectured widely on this innovation.
