Mr. Nicholls is a children's surgery specialist with over 23 years of experience and a father of four. He has a special interest in neonatal and gastro-intestinal surgery, and inguinoscrotal surgery, and provides vascular access for long-term parenteral nutrition or chemotherapy. Mr. Nicholls performs appendicectomies, cholecystectomies, and fundoplications laparoscopically, as well as Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomies for assisted nutrition.He manages common neonatal conditions, including Hirschsprung's disease, malrotation, atresias of the oesophagus, and bowel, as well as necrotizing enterocolitis. Mr. Nicholls is an examiner assessor for the Intercollegiate Specialty Board of Examiners in Paediatric Surgery, a representative of the British Association of Paediatric Surgeons to the Royal College of Surgeons, and chair of the Children's Surgery Forum. He is a Senior Journal Article Reviewer with the Journal of Paediatric Surgery, a visiting lecturer at Imperial College London, and an honorary Lecturer with St George's Medical School. Mr. Nicholls has published extensively and prepares 7-10 medico-legal reports annually.
