Brian Unsworth has practiced in audiology since 1984 and sees patients at his own practice and at private hospitals. He initially trained at Oldham Area Health Authority, gaining BAAT exams parts 1 and 2 in 1988 and an HNC in medical physics and physiological medicine in 1989. He has worked solely in private practice since 1995 and has a strong belief in continuing education and CPD. Mr. Unsworth's main areas of interest are Diagnostic Audiology, Audiometry, Tympanometry, Speech audiometry in quiet and noise, Hearing aids and hearing protection, and Tinnitus Assessments. He has a keen interest in musicians and the prevention and restoration of hearing loss. Additionally, he is a medico-legal specialist.
