Dr Karen Lindal qualified in 1987 and spent the next 5 years working at a variety of London Hospitals including Guys, St. Thomas', the Middlesex and University College Hospital achieving her Membership of the Royal College of Physicians. She spent 12 years in General Practice in Bournemouth and whilst based on the South Coast set up and ran a private Stress Management Clinic as well as becoming a partner in Prime Medical, a medical screening company. Dr Lindal relocated to London and joined Roodlane in 2004. She has a further qualification in stress management, an area which with psychological medicine in general is a specific interest. She has written and regularly presents on this and other subjects.

Dr Lindal has specialist qualification and a Masters with Distinction in Occupational Medicine. She is Roodlane’s Occupational Health Service Clinical Lead.
