With a wealth of experience in obstetrics, Dr. Jonathan Lai serves as an accomplished Consultant Obstetrician specializing in Maternal and Fetal Medicine within the NHS. He is based at St Mary’s Hospital, where he attends to both NHS and private patients at the Lindo Wing. Additionally, he provides specialized care for complex fetal conditions at Imperial and King's College Hospitals.

Dr. Lai's medical journey commenced with the completion of his degree at Imperial College London in 2009, following which he pursued further training in Australia before returning to London to specialize in obstetrics and gynaecology. His academic pursuits led him to conduct extensive research on pre-eclampsia, culminating in the attainment of his MD under the mentorship of Professor Nicolaides.
