Georgios Antoniou

Mr Georgios Antoniou is a Consultant Medical Oncologist practising in Berkshire and Middlesex, with a clinical focus on urological cancers. He brings more than 16 years of medical experience to his role, including over nine years working specifically within medical oncology.

He qualified in medicine in 2005 at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki before undertaking further postgraduate study, completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Research and Allied Professionals at Harvard Medical School, as well as a Master’s in Cancer Therapeutics from the University of London. He also holds a PhD awarded by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece.

Following his initial medical training, Dr Antoniou completed extensive oncology training and went on to work as both a Clinical Fellow and Research Fellow across NHS Trusts and oncology centres in the United States and Cyprus.

He currently works as a Consultant Medical Oncologist at GenesisCare Windsor in Berkshire, where he provides systemic cancer care, particularly for patients with urological malignancies. Alongside this, he has broad experience in managing breast and gynaecological cancers.

Dr Antoniou’s professional interests include systemic anti-cancer treatments, targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and personalised treatment strategies. He is also a member of The Institute of Cancer Research.
