Miss Eva Myriokefalitaki is a Consultant Gynaecological Oncology Surgeon with extensive experience performing Minimal Access Surgery (robotic and laparoscopic) for endometrial and cervical cancer, as well as surgery for vulval cancer. She also specializes in staging and fertility sparing for early-stage ovarian cancer and cytoreductive surgery for advanced disease. After graduating in Medicine from the University of Athens in Greece in 2003, she completed specialty training in gynaecology surgery. She was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery by the University D' Auvergne in Clermont-Ferrand in 2013, followed by a Master's Degree in the Science of Endometrial Cancer Research at the University of Athens in 2014. She is also an accredited colposcopist and trainer in colposcopy. Miss Myriokefalitaki completed a 3-year RCOG-accredited sub-specialty training programme in Gynaecological Oncology at the University Hospitals of Leicester in 2015. She has specialist training in Robotic Surgery and was awarded a Diploma in Gynaecological Oncology Surgery by the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO) in 2016. Her expertise includes colposcopy, minimal access surgery (robotic and laparoscopic), fertility-sparing surgery, cytoreductive surgery, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, and vulval cancer.
