Dr. Bell graduated from St Andrews and Manchester Universities and trained in surgery and clinical radiology. He completed higher sub-specialty training in interventional radiology and was awarded the European Board of Interventional Radiology (EBIR). Dr. Bell is an internationally recognised expert in liver-directed therapies. He is the Training Programme Director for Radiology in the North West Deanery and Chair of the BSIR Patient Safety and Quality Committee. His interests include intra-arterial liver-directed therapies, selective internal radiotherapy, prostate MR interventional oncology including vascular and non-vascular procedures, hepatobiliary, and uroradiology.
