Dr Evangelos Russo is a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Imperial College Healthcare Trust, a large teaching hospital in London.

His specialist interests include:

• The diagnosis and management of colonic polyps - Diagnostic and Therapeutic colonoscopy
• The investigation and management of chronic diarrhoea- He leads a specialist clinic in Microscopic Colitis, a common but often neglected cause of chronic diarrhoea
• Inflammatory Bowel Disease, which was also the topic of his PhD, and the investigation and management of GI issues such as dyspepsia, reflux and changes in bowel habit. .

His endoscopic practice includes all aspects of diagnostic endoscopy, with a particular interest in colonoscopy and complex polypectomy.
