Christine Tanner is a dedicated Psychologist registered with the HCPC. She holds a degree and two postgraduate degrees, along with an Advanced Diploma in CBT and expertise in Integral Eye Movement Therapy. Christine has applied her skills and knowledge across various health and work settings in Bedfordshire and London over the past ten years. Her expertise includes adjustment to life changes, general anxiety, exam anxiety, travel anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, loss (including bereavement of people and pets), sleep difficulties, health issues, and relationship challenges. Christine engages in training and coaching health professionals and teams on effective patient support and collaborative teamwork. She integrates cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), integral eye movement therapy (IEMT), person-centred counselling, life coaching, and mindfulness into her practice, tailoring the approach to fit the individual.
