Rapid access to diagnostics
Radiology reports are meticulously interpreted by our specialist musculoskeletal and neuroradiologists. This insight allows our consultants to build personalised pain management plans with the utmost precision – particularly valuable within sports medicine - evidenced by our work with leading national and international sports teams.
Patients can usually have all diagnostic tests and imaging in the same location, on the same day. We have diagnostic centres within the main hospital, HCA UK at The Shard and London Bridge Hospital’s outpatient centres across the city.

A meeting of the foremost orthopaedic minds
The multidisciplinary team (MDT) regularly meet to review, discuss and agree the right course of action for complex cases. A combination of all clinicians including lead orthopaedic surgeons, radiologists, rheumatologists, pain medicine and sports and exercise medicine consultants alongside clinical and surgical nurse specialists and therapists come together to consider the intricacies of each individual case including medical history, imaging, latest results, response to treatment and lifestyle factors.
This collaboration not only delivers thorough governance and safe practice but allows a patient’s team to benefit from the sharing of knowledge, experience and the latest advancements in orthopaedic medicine.
